Thank you for shopping with Baibe Official. The following outlines our full Shipping, Fulfillment, and Tracking Policy. Before we dive into timelines and carrier details, we want to be fully transparent about how our products are made and fulfilled.

1. Business Days & Holidays

 


 

All order fulfillment, customer service, and shipping operations occur Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

When calculating your order’s expected ship or delivery dates, please remember to exclude weekends and U.S. observed holidays, as they are not considered business days. Keep these dates in mind when determining your fulfillment or delivery timeframe.

Observed U.S. Federal Holidays: The following U.S. holidays are not considered business days and are excluded from your fulfillment window. Our offices, fulfillment center, and carriers do not operate or ship on these dates:

  • New Year’s Day

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day (Fourth of July)

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Day



 

2. Fulfillment Process & Timeframes

 


 

Each Baibe Official order follows a specific fulfillment process and estimated timeframe based on its order type. Please note that fulfillment officially begins the next business day after your order is placed. 

Fulfillment Windows

Your fulfillment window—also known as your estimated shipping timeframe—represents the period needed for our team to complete, prepare, and ship your order. Please note that these are estimates based on the overall process, and this timeframe does not include shipping duration or delivery (the carrier’s transit time).

You can find your order’s type in the Fulfillment Chart below, or on the product page, located just beneath the Add-to-Cart button under “Type.”

 


Order Fulfillment Process Overview

Every Baibe Official order moves through a structured, multi-phase production and fulfillment process designed to ensure precision, consistency, and luxury-level quality. This visual breakdown shows what happens behind the scenes at each stage of fulfillment and when each order type (Ready-to-Ship, Standard, or Custom) officially ships

Ready-to-Ship Order Fulfillment Process Outline

Phase 1

Day 0 | Order Placement & Verification
Order Confirmation is sent, and payment is verified, and the order enters our fulfillment queue 

Days 1–3 | Final Preparation & Shipment
Once quality-checked, some Ready-to-Ship orders may require a quick refresh — such as light restyling, rewashing, or repackaging — depending on shelf life and presentation standards. After this final touch-up, your order is sealed, labeled, and shipped.




Standard Orders Fulfillment Process

Phase 1

Day 0 | Order Placement & Verification
Order Confirmation is sent, and payment is verified.

Phase 2

Days 1–4 | Specification Preparation & Coordination
Day 1-2 Your selected specifications are prepared and organized by our Production Team, then coordinated through our global manufacturing partners.
Day 3-4 All required specifications have been finalized, ordered, and dispatched through our global manufacturing partners and are en route to our Fulfillment Center for completion and shipment. 

Phase 3

Days 5–10 | Receipt, Inspection & Shipment
Our Fulfillment Center receives your order specifications at any point within this window.
Each unit undergoes a thorough Quality Control review to verify consistent quality and specification accuracy.

Once approved, your order is packaged, sealed, and shipped. 





 


Custom Order Fulfillment Process

Phase 1

Day 0 | Order Placement & Verification
Order Confirmation is sent, and payment is verified.

Phase 2

Days 1–4 | Specification Preparation & Coordination
Your selected specifications are prepared and organized by our Production Team, then coordinated through our global manufacturing partners.
All required specifications have been finalized, ordered, and dispatched through our global manufacturing partners and are en route to our Fulfillment Center for completion and shipment

Phase 3

Days 5–10 | Receipt, Inspection, & Pre-Customization
Our Fulfillment Center receives your order specifications at any point within this window.
Each unit undergoes a thorough Quality Control review to verify consistent quality and specification accuracy.

Once approved, your order details are transferred to our Custom Production Team, marking the start of the customization process. From here, our team begins preparing all required base materials and components to begin your unit’s construction, customization, and detailed styling process.

Phase 4

Days 10–15 | Customization & Styling
Your unit is currently undergoing customization and in-house styling based on the specifications outlined in your order. This stage includes all personalized customizations such to achieve your desired look.

Days 15–20 | Final Styling, Inspection & Shipment
Your customizations and styling are wrapping up, and your order is  in the final inspection stage, where we ensure consistency, craftsmanship, & flawless presentation before shipped.

 After completion and approval, your order is packaged and shipped.







3) Delivery Estimates and Expectations


 

Delivery Estimates

The best way to estimate your delivery timeframe is to take the final day of your fulfillment window and add the estimated transit time for your selected shipping method(shown at checkout).

Estimated UPS transit times — UPS Ground (2–5 business days) • UPS Next Day Air (1 business day)

Delivery Expectations

Your fulfillment window outlines the time it takes to prepare and process your order before shipment, while your estimated delivery date reflects the time it takes your package to travel once it’s in the carrier’s hands. These two timelines are separate and work together to determine your overall delivery estimate.

Once your order has been shipped, within its fulfillment window, the delivery duration and estimated arrival date depend on several key factors:

  • Shipping Method: The option you select at checkout. This determines your carrier and delivery speed. Each method will clearly display its estimated carrier transit time during checkout. Please note that this estimate applies only after your order has shipped within its designated fulfillment window.

  • Delivery Location: Your proximity to our Georgia fulfillment center.

  • Carrier Operations: UPS transit times and any delays or disruptions within their network — which may vary due to location, weather conditions, carrier volume, or seasonal demand.

Because of the above variables, we’re unable to guarantee or predict an exact delivery date. Your selected carrier will provide the most accurate estimated delivery date within your tracking link once your package has officially shipped and been scanned into their system. 

 

4) Expediting Orders


 

Standard Order Expediting 

We process all standard orders in the fastest possible timeframe. The Fulfillment process begins immediately after purchase and depends on key steps such as material sourcing, global manufacturing partner coordination, and quality inspection.

That said, we cannot expedite the fulfillment process for any standard order. We operate on a made-to-order model, meaning fulfillment windows cannot be shortened beyond their already expedited duration. Essentially, we’re already fulfilling orders as quickly as possible.

You can, however, upgrade your shipping speed at checkout for U.S. addresses:

  • UPS Next Day Air (Expedited Shipping): delivers 1 business day after shipment.

Important note: Upgrading your shipping method does not shorten your fulfillment window — it only affects the carrier’s transit time after your order leaves us.

Custom Order Expediting (Limited Availability)

Expedited fulfillment for Custom Orders is occasionally available on a limited basis, depending on current production volume, supplier timelines, and in-house scheduling capacity.

In select cases, we can prioritize your order within the production queue to achieve an expedited  10–15 business day fulfillment window — the fastest possible turnaround for handcrafted, made-to-order custom units. This timeline cannot be shortened further due to the detailed nature of customization and the sourcing of specialized materials.

This service is subject to limited availability and includes an expedite fee (typically around $100), which may vary depending on demand and resource allocation.

Customers interested in expedited fulfillment should contact our team prior to purchase to confirm eligibility, current production capacity, and the applicable rush fee before placing an order.


5) Order Tracking & Status Updates


 

A Shipping Confirmation Email will be automatically sent once your order has shipped—within your designated fulfillment window—and will include all relevant tracking details, including your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment in real time. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier has scanned your package into their system.

Order Updates & Communication Process

We do not send individual or manual order updates during the fulfillment process unless there is a change to your previously communicated timeframe or an unexpected delay.

You can always expect your order to remain on track within its estimated fulfillment window. Our system automatically sends all essential notifications at key milestones, so you always know what’s happening without needing to reach out. You can also calculate your order’s current status at any time by counting from the first business day after your purchase.

You will automatically receive the following emails throughout the process:

  • Order Confirmation (immediately after purchase): Confirms that your order has been received and payment verified. Includes your full order details and estimated fulfillment window.

  • Baibe Official Order Roadmap (within 24 hours): Outlines your fulfillment expectations, explains the full process from start to finish, and details our policy on changes or cancellations.

  • Shipping Confirmation (on the day your order ships): Confirms that your order has officially shipped and includes your UPS tracking number and direct tracking link. From there, you can follow your package in real time until delivery.



6) Domestic Shipping Methods and Costs


 

Baibe Official’s primary domestic shipping carrier is UPS, chosen for its reliability and speed. All U.S. orders are shipped through UPS and include full tracking to ensure visibility at every step of your package’s journey.

Shipping options and rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order weight, and selected service type. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your UPS tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package in real time.



7) Local Pick-Up and Drop Off

 


 

Local pick-up, in-person visits, and order drop-offs are not available or accommodated. 

Baibe Official operates exclusively online to ensure a seamless, secure, safe, and efficient fulfillment experience. Our Atlanta facility functions as a private fulfillment center dedicated to processing, packaging, and dispatching orders, and unfortunately it is not open to the public. 

For customers located in or near the Atlanta area, packages typically deliver the next business day after shipment, often faster than a scheduled local pick-up would be. Shipping allows for more flexibility, and delivery can occur on non-business days, ensuring your order reaches you as quickly as possible once it’s fulfilled.

If you’d prefer to collect your package rather than have it delivered to your door, you can opt to pick up your order at a nearby UPS Access Point by managing your delivery preferences through UPS My Choice. → https://www.ups.com/mychoice

We appreciate your understanding as we continue to prioritize fast nationwide delivery and a consistent fulfillment process for all customers.


8) Order and Shipment Delays


 

We aim to fulfill and ship all orders within the estimated fulfillment window provided at checkout. While most orders are shipped on time or earlier, there are rare occasions when fulfillment or delivery may take longer than expected.

Potential causes for extended fulfillment timelines may include:

  • High order volume during major sales, product launches, or holiday seasons

  • Extended transit times or system disruptions within UPS’s network

  • Weather-related or natural events affecting transportation routes
    Customs inspections or import delays for international shipments from our global manufacturing partners

  • Supply chain coordination with our global manufacturing partners

If a delay affects your order, we will proactively notify you by email as soon as we’re aware. If you do not receive any communication from us, it means your order remains on schedule and within the expected fulfillment window.

Shipment Delays

At Baibe Official, our priority is to ensure every order ships within its communicated fulfillment window. Once your package has been shipped and transferred to UPS, the carrier assumes full responsibility for its delivery. While we monitor fulfillment closely, we do not have access to UPS’s internal routing or delivery systems beyond the tracking details provided in your confirmation email.

If your tracking shows a delay or inactivity, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Allow 2–3 additional business days for movement, as packages often resume transit without intervention.

  2. Contact UPS Customer Support directly for the most accurate and updated delivery information. UPS Customer Support:  1-800-742-5877

9) Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages & Route Package Protection


 

We understand how disappointing it can be when a package is delayed, damaged, or goes missing—especially after the excitement of waiting for your order. At Baibe Official, we take great care to ensure each order is processed, packaged, and shipped securely, and we appreciate your trust in our process.

Once your package has been scanned and accepted by UPS, the carrier assumes full responsibility for its delivery. Legally, once a package is marked as “Delivered” by UPS, Baibe Official has fulfilled its shipping obligation. At that stage, we unfortunately cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during or after delivery.

Because we genuinely care about protecting your purchase from unforeseen circumstances, we’ve partnered with Route Package Protection—a third-party shipping insurance provider—to give you peace of mind. For a small fee added at checkout, Route ensures your package is fully covered in the event of loss, theft, or damage while in transit.


About Route Package Protection

Route is a trusted order-protection service designed to safeguard your shipment. When Route is added to your order, your purchase is fully protected against the following scenarios:

  • Lost Packages: Shipments that never arrive or become untraceable during transit.

  • Stolen Packages: Shipments that are marked “Delivered” by the carrier but were not actually received.

  • Damaged Packages: Shipments where the shipping box or exterior packaging arrives visibly damaged, opened, or compromised prior to opening or use of the product. (This protection does not extend to internal damage or issues occurring after receipt or customer handling.)

For full protection, Route must be added to your order at the time of checkout. In the event of an issue, you can file a claim directly through the Route Claims Portal for a quick replacement or reimbursement. Most claims are resolved within a few business days.

How Route Works

  1. Add Route at Checkout: Route protection must be selected at the time of checkout. It cannot be added after an order is placed.

  2. File a Claim: If an issue occurs, submit a quick claim through Route’s online portal:

  3. Fast Resolution: Most claims are reviewed and resolved within a few business days with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

If You Did Not Purchase Route Protection

If Route was not added to your order, Baibe Official is unable to replace or refund lost, stolen, or damaged packages, as these events fall under carrier liability once the shipment has left our facility. If your tracking information shows a delay or delivery issue, we recommend the following:

  1. Allow 2–3 additional business days for movement, as packages often resume transit without intervention.

  2. Contact UPS directly for the most accurate and up-to-date information:

10) Wrong Address Disclaimer (Post-Purchase Options)


 

To protect both our customers and our business from shipping and fraud-related issues, we cannot modify or edit shipping addresses once an order has been placed. Shipping information entered at checkout is automatically verified with our carrier and payment processor for security and delivery validation. Changing an address internally would invalidate that verification and risk the order being flagged or rejected by UPS or fraud protection systems.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, you have two available options:

Option A (Recommended):
We can cancel your order within 48hrs and issue a store credit for the full order amount so that you can immediately re-checkout using the correct shipping address. This option allows you to secure the correct information without waiting for your bank to process a refund.

Option B:
If you are beyond the 48hr cancellation mark or prefer to keep your current order active, you can manage delivery directly through UPS My Choice → https://www.ups.com/mychoice once your package ships. UPS My Choice allows you to:

  • Reroute your package to a different address or nearby UPS Access Point

  • Hold the package for in-store pickup

  • Add delivery instructions or reschedule delivery

11) International Shipping


 

Baibe Official proudly ships worldwide, allowing customers around the globe to experience our luxury products. All available international shipping methods, associated costs, and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout and vary based on your location and selected carrier service.

Please note:

  • Tracking visibility may vary by country, depending on the local postal carrier’s scanning system.

  • Customs clearance and import processing are managed by each destination country’s border agency, and these procedures can extend delivery times beyond the carrier’s estimated window.

  • Some countries may require additional documentation, identification, or verification prior to release for delivery.

Once your international order has shipped, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment’s journey.

If you experience delays once your package has arrived in your country, please contact your local postal service or customs office for the most accurate and up-to-date information.


12) Duties, Fees & Taxes (International Orders)


 

When ordering from outside the United States, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, or additional fees determined by your country’s customs authority. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed at checkout.

Key Points to Note:

  • Customer Responsibility: Any applicable duties, import taxes, or customs-related fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  • Payment Upon Arrival: In many cases, your local customs office will require payment before releasing your package for final delivery.

  • Non-Payment or Refusal: If duties or taxes are not paid, your shipment may be delayed, returned, or forfeited by customs. In these cases, Baibe Official is not responsible for the loss, and the customer remains responsible for any associated restocking fees or return costs.

  • Accurate Documentation: Baibe Official provides all required customs paperwork (including commercial invoices and product details) to help expedite clearance.

By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required for your package to clear international borders. Failure to pay these charges will result in the forfeiture of your shipment and may incur applicable restocking or handling fees if the item is returned to us.

We highly recommend reviewing your country’s import policies before purchasing, so you are aware of any potential fees prior to delivery.
