1. Made-to-Order Production
At Baibe Official, each item is handcrafted, customized, and made-to-order based on your selected specifications. This model allows us to offer thousands of possible combinations of texture, length, density, and lace construction while maintaining the quality standards our brand is known for.
Once your order is placed and payment is verified, your selected specifications are immediately logged and submitted to our production queue. Fulfillment officially begins the next business day and follows a structured timeline depending on your order type (Ready-to-Ship, Standard, or Custom).
2. Accuracy of Information & Product Variations
We take pride in providing detailed product descriptions, accurate specifications, and high-quality imagery to ensure clarity before purchase. However, due to the handcrafted and humanized nature of our production process, minor variations in color, density, or curl pattern are possible and not considered defects.
All digital images displayed on our website are for reference only. Lighting, monitor settings, and texture processing can influence how colors or curls appear. By purchasing, you acknowledge that each unit is unique and may vary slightly from images shown.
3. Pricing, Discounts, and Promotions
Prices, promotions, and discounts are subject to change without notice. All pricing listed is in U.S. dollars.

Discounts or promotional codes cannot be applied retroactively to previously placed orders.

Sale and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for cancellation, refund, or exchange.

Pricing errors may occur; if an error is identified after checkout, we reserve the right to correct or cancel the order with notice to the customer.
4. Payments & Authorization
All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments, which supports all major credit and debit cards.
By completing your purchase, you authorize Baibe Official to charge the full order amount (including taxes, shipping, and protection fees, if applicable) to your chosen payment method.
We do not store or have access to your payment details beyond the confirmation of payment authorization.
5. Fraud Prevention and Chargebacks
Baibe Official utilizes advanced verification tools to prevent fraudulent orders. All orders must pass Shopify’s payment and address verification process before processing.
Any chargeback, claim, or payment dispute filed after verified fulfillment and delivery may result in:

Account suspension and restriction from future purchases.

Submission of dispute evidence (including tracking, product records, and customer correspondence) to the payment processor.
All disputes are investigated thoroughly to protect our business integrity and ensure fairness.
6. Order Fulfillment, Processing, and Cancellations
All orders follow our Shipping, Fulfillment, and Tracking Policy timeline. Fulfillment begins the next business day after purchase.
Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of purchase.
After this timeframe, materials are already allocated and production has begun. A restocking fee will apply to cancellations beyond this point, as outlined in our Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations Policy.
Baibe Official reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, incomplete information, or policy violations.
7. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure seamless processing:

Baibe Official is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect shipping addresses or incomplete order information.
8. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Shipping is handled by UPS, as outlined in our Shipping Policy. Once UPS scans your package, they assume responsibility for its delivery.
By law, once a shipment is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Baibe Official has fulfilled its shipping obligation.
We strongly recommend adding Route Package Protection at checkout to protect your shipment from loss, theft, or damage during transit.
We do not guarantee exact delivery dates, as transit times are controlled by the carrier and may vary due to location, weather, or carrier capacity.
9. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations Policy.
Custom and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun.
Non-custom items may qualify for a return if unused, in original condition, and returned within the stated timeframe. A restocking fee applies to eligible returns.
10. Communication & Order Correspondence
All order updates are sent automatically via email.
We do not provide manual status updates unless there is a delay or change to your previously communicated timeline.
Customers are responsible for checking their inbox and spam folders for updates from contact@baibeofficial.com.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on baibeofficial.com, including text, images, product designs, trademarks, videos, and marketing materials, are the sole property of Baibe Official and are protected under U.S. copyright and trademark law.
Unauthorized reproduction, resale, distribution, or use of Baibe Official content or imagery is strictly prohibited.
12. Limitation of Liability
Baibe Official is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

Loss, theft, or damage once the package is in the carrier’s possession.
All products are sold “as described.”
13. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, customers agree to first contact Baibe Official to attempt resolution.
If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration in the State of Georgia, rather than court proceedings.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and all transactions between the customer and Baibe Official are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. Policy Updates
Baibe Official reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will be adjusted accordingly. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
